How & when do we take the payment?

Although we make a payment request to your bank to reserve the amount when you place your order, we do not actually take the money off your account at that time.
We only take the payment from your card once stock has been allocated and your order is ready to be despatched.
If your order contains more than one item that is not available at the same time, payment will be taken separately from your card when each of your items are ready to be despatched.
