Simply preheat the pan and it will absorb heat and energy which is then conducted through the pan to the food. When used with convection mode, the Panacrunch pan provides 360 browning. For ease of use the Panacrunch pan comes with a detachable handle so you can remove the hot pan from the oven with confidence.
